The path is difficult: I have transferred one .ORG domain name to them, and had to checkout twice: the first time to pay, and the second time to enter the EPP. You cannot pick your username: their (old) system picks one for you based on the domain you purchased. They offered a free (crappy) 50MB hosting that you cannot refuse/reject/untick at checkout - this is so 1990s. Their control panel is so slow. They lock/capture your payment method for future purchases and it cannot be removed (luckily I used Paypal!). Any WHOIS modification/update will be subject to a 60 day transfer lock out. And I cannot see their transfer price list at all on their website~.

Having difficulty getting my email set up and can't get in touch with a human being for any sort of correspondence.

The chat help is glitchy and I am not able to get assistance on setting up my email.

Worst ever, my website is offline literally every time I add a product or simple blog via their website builder over the past five months. When asking the domain.com customer service they most of the time mention they don’t know and whether the update can be skipped until they improve their website tool in the “near future” (?? I have customers!) and very often just close the chat due to inactivity on my side (when not responding for 2 minutes…) and starts all over with another person but I think it’s the same domain.com customer service person each time as the communication and terrible way of handling is the same. Be warned for domain.com everyone. I am moving away, this should be illegal.

Buggy system. An issue with registering a domain (payment) and one year later issue with renewing. Requires arduous email correspondence with Customer Service for simple online payment. Thankfully Transfer out went quite well.

Worst #domain.com service in the world, bought a domain 10 days ago and they can't figure out how to turn it on. Worst company ever. DO NOT USE.

Very Bad Service.I brought domains from other registrart and the payment went smoothly. But they took days and got no response from them

Their chat support is not good, and they don't have support by email. Their control panel is difficult to use. I don't recommend using them.

Bought 2 domains, got stolen access after 20min. I cannot access my domains or account, luckily I paid with paypal

I've been trying to cancel my account for literally years, they keep charging my card. Have to report them to AMEX and block them.

Documentation is severely lacking and confusing; I wanted to get information on DNSSEC, but couldn't.

If you buy domain, you need to provide Photo Verification ID after purchaing your domain ?

Have purchased many domain names with this site. The site could use a refresh, but works when I need it to. I don't use the hosting, so I can't rate that as I host my webservers in Asure. You will want to review the cart before checkout with a close eye, or they will try to sneak in some kind of service.. as most do.
